Present petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking directions for expeditious trial of case No. 770/2019 pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Beawar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the order dated 10.03.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of the Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in SBCRLMP No. 1893/2025 titled as Indian Oil Corporation Limited Vs. State of Raj. & Ors., whereby direction was given to the concerned Trial Court for expeditious trial. It is prayed that the said ratio be made applicable to the matter herein.

Learned Public Prosecutor is not able to refute the same. Considering the facts and circumstances, similar directions as given in SBCRLMP No. 1893/2025 be made applicable in the present petition. It is directed to the concerned Trial Court that expeditious and speedy trial be carried out in the case subjudice before it, preferably within a period of one year.

Accordingly, present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
