For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for restoration and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 26.09.2024 and 24.02.2025.

Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court, Bar Association, Jaipur Bench.
