It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted the appeal before Special Judge, Women Atrocities Court, Jaipur Metro-II against the order passed by ACJ cum JM Court No.12, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, whereby, the petitioner's application for considering the application under Section 340 of Cr.P.C., was dismissed.
The Appellate Court has yet not passed any order despite hearing the arguments, therefore, this petition may be disposed of with the direction to the concerned ADJ to decide the petitioner's appeal expeditiously.
