It is also contended that the sim recovered by the Investigating Agency were not in the name of the petitioner and sim were issued in the name of other persons. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2025 and there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioner, trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the second bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.
