These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 52/2025 registered at Police Station Amarsar District Jaipur Rural for the offence(s) under Section 178, 180 and 181 of BNS.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner Sachin submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is argued that the accused-petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2025 and the trial of the case may take considerable time. The charge-sheet has already been submitted before the concerned trial court. The petitioner is a young boy of 21 years and there are no criminal antecedents against him, therefore, his bail application may be allowed.

Learned counsel for the accused petitioner Surendra argues that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, fake currency and printing material were recovered from the possession of other co-accused. The accused-petitioner was not involved in printing of fake currency. The accused-petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2025 and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, his bail application may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail applications and contended that from petitioners' possession fake currency of Rs. 1,05,000/-(one lakh five thousand) so also the printer was recovered. It is also contended that petitioner Surendra was found to be involved in providing photographs of fake currency to the coaccused Sachin and laptop of Surendra was seized by the police officials and thereafter when the said laptop was opened, the pictures of allegedly fake currency were found. It is also contended that against petitioner Surendra two criminal cases were registered, therefore, the bail applications of the accusedpetitions deserves to be dismissed.

The charge-sheet against the petitioners have already been submitted before the concerned trial court. It is alleged against the petitioner Sachin that from his physical possession fake currency of Rs. 1,05,000/- was recovered and at his instance printer was also recovered. The photographs of fake currency was also found in the mobile of the petitioner Sachin which were sent by other co-accused Surendra's mobile number. The laptop was recovered from the petitioner Surendra's father and thereafter the said laptop was opened by him and in that laptop pictures of 100 rupees note with the serial number which was allegedly recovered from the other co-accused Sachin was found. Apart from that there are two criminal antecedents against the petitioner Surendra, therefore, considering the entire material available on the record, this court is not inclined to enlarge the accusedpetitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the present criminal misc. bail applications are hereby dismissed.
