S.B. Criminal Bail Cancellation Application No. 170/2024 is filed under Section 483(3) of BNSS against the order dated 12.07.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Badi, District Dholpur in

Criminal Misc. Case No.317/2024 whereby the learned Sessions Judge has allowed the bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the accused/non-applicants in FIR No.44/2024 dated 03.02.2024 registered at Police Station Badi, Dholpur for the offence under Sections 420, 406 of IPC and S.B. Criminal Bail Cancellation Application No. 171/2024 is filed under Section 483(3) of BNSS against the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Badi, District Dholpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.340/2024 whereby the learned Sessions Judge has allowed the bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the accused/non-applicant in FIR No.44/2024 dated 03.02.2024 registered at Police Station Badi, Dholpur for the offence under Sections 420, 406 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that instant applications were filed in the month of November, 2024. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has also supported the instant bail cancellation applications. 4. Learned counsel for the accused/non-applicants have submitted that a civil dispute is pending inter se the parties. It is further submitted that petition under Section 528 BNSS filed by one of the non-applicant, named Babu Lal, wherein vide order dated 02.09.2024, interim protection was granted to the petitioner therein.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that as no exceptional reason is made out, the instant bail cancellation applications are dismissed.
