The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 283/2024 registered at Police Station Ramnagariya District Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under Section 302 of IPC.

Upon perusal of the material available on record, it is noted that allegations leveled against the accused-applicant is of heinous nature registered under Section 302 of IPC pari materia to Section 103 of BNS; that weapon i.e., hammer used in the alleged offence is recovered from the accused-applicant.

Therefore, considering the aforementioned, this Court, without commenting anything on merits/demerits of the case, is not inclined to enlarge the accused-applicant on bail.
