These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners are triable by Magistrate. The accused-petitioners are in custody since 10.10.2024 and 08.10.2024 respectively. Charge-sheet against the petitioners have already been produced before the concerned court and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the grant of bail application and submitted the factual report.

Heard and perused the material available on record.

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that the case of the petitioner is triable by Magistrate, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accusedpetitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners 1. Roop Singh Saini S/o Late Shri Mukand Singh, 2. Pankaj Jain S/o Sh. Uchchhab Jain, in connection with FIR No. 63/2024 registered at Police Station (S.O.G.), ATS and SOG, Jaipur shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
