The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.150/2025 registered at Police Station Uchhain, District Bharatpur for offence under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2) and 303(2) of BNS.

Since both these bail applications arise out of common

FIR, hence, they are being decided by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in these cases. They further submit that main accused Hansram and Sorabh have been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2025. Though eight cases have been registered against petitioner-Ishwar Singh but he has been acquitted in seven cases. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submit that charge-sheet has been filed. He further submits that petitioners are behind the bar since 25.08.2025. The trial of the case will take considerable time and no further custodial interrogation is required, hence the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that before the trial Court matter is fixed on 03.12.2025 for recording of the statement of accused, therefore, the bail application of the petitioners may not be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.

Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483

B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Ishwar Singh S/o Shri Dharm Singh and Rajesh S/o Shri Dharm Singh, be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that each of them shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
