This bail application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.65/2023 registered at Police Station Karauli, District Karauli for the offence(s) under Section(s) 379 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed. He further submits that no recovery is to be effected from the accused-petitioners. He also submits that the accused-petitioners have been in judicial custody since 12.08.2025 and the conclusion

of the trial will take long time, hence the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application.

Perused the material available on record and taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed; the accused-petitioners have been in judicial custody since 12.08.2025 but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Therefore, this bail application is allowed and accusedpetitioners namely 1.Saddam S/o Hanni @ Hanif 2. Abid S/o Hanni @ Hanif is ordered to be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioners shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.

Considering the criminal antecedent(s) of the accusedpetitioners, it is made clear that if they are found to be involved in offence(s) of a similar nature in future, the prosecution shall be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of the bail granted to the accused-petitioners by this Court.
