The instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 296/2025 registered at Police Station Kotwali District Jhunjhunu for the offence(s) under Sections 229(1), 61(2) BNS and Section 8/18 NDPS Act

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, considering that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused-applicants; that accused-applicantSampata Devi is approx. aged 35 years and accused-applicantJitendra Kumar @ Jeetu is the sole bread earner of the family; that quantity recovered of the contraband is less than the commercial quantity; that the accused-applicants are in custody ever since 06.09.2025 and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the bail applications of the accused-applicants and enlarge them on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants 1. Sampata Devi W/o Shri Pawan Kumar Aala & 2. Jitendra Kumar @ Jeetu S/o Shri Madan Lal, shall be enlarged on bail provided that each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
