These bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.124/2025 registered at Police Station Deoli Manjhi, District Kota Rural for the offence(s) under Section(s) 305(a) of B.N.S.

Learned counsels for the petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in these cases. They further submits that the accused-

petitioners have been in judicial custody since long and the conclusion of the trial will take long time, hence the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, perused the material available on record the accusedpetitioners have been in judicial custody since long but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of these cases, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Therefore, these bail applications are allowed and accusedpetitioners namely 1.Ashraf @ Golu S/o Alladin 2. Raees Mohammad @ Raees Gurjar S/o Babu @ Ali Hussain 3.Ajauddin @ Kaju S/o Kamaruddin are ordered to be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioners shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the accusedpetitioners, it is made clear that if they are found to be involved in offences of a similar nature in future, the benefit of bail granted to the accused-petitioners by this Court may be considered for cancellation.
