The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 121/2025 registered at Police Station Kapren District Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 110 of BNS.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is a young man aged 30 years. It is submitted that the fight occurred on account of water distribution in agricultural field. It is further submitted in fit of rage, applicant has injured the victim, who suffered seven injuries out of which two injuries of grievous nature are on head and other body parts. Howsoever, injury report placed on record, supports the story of prosecution, albeit the injuries were grievous in nature, the patient during the medical examination was in conscious state and was responding to

the verbal commands. Learned counsel has submitted that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the applicant and he is in custody ever since 20.08.2025. Further, it is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that accusedapplicant is a young man of 30 years; that charge-sheet has been filed; that accused-applicant is in custody ever since 20.08.2025; that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused-applicant and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge him on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Bunty S/o Ramdev, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
