These bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.424/2025 registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Jaipur City (South) Rural for the offence(s) under Section(s) 309(4) of B.N.S.

Learned counsels for the petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in these cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has

been filed. They further submits that the accused-petitioners have been in judicial custody since long and the conclusion of the trial will take long time, hence the petitioners may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, perused the material available on record; after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed, the accused-petitioners have been in judicial custody since long but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of these cases, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Therefore, these bail applications are allowed and accusedpetitioners namely 1.Manish Rathore @ Kalu S/o Shri Gopal Singh Rathore 2. Sunil Jabdoliya @ Renchu S/o Late Ramphool Rager are ordered to be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioners shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
