Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench), Single Bench (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upman), order dated 28.10.2025 - Seven connected applications (S.B. These applications have been filed under Section 528 of BNSS on behalf of the applicants seeking modification of the

orders dated 26.06.2023, 16.02.2024, 23.01.2024, 19.08.2023 & 10.07.2023 passed by this court.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that while allowing the bail applications of the applicants, it was directed by this court that applicants shall mark their presence in the concerned Police Station on first Monday of every month but applicants are facing difficulties in marking their presence. It is also submitted that applicants have been marking their presence regularly before the concerned police station since the date of their respective orders.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, same are allowed.

It is hereby directed that henceforth, instead of marking presence on first Monday of every month, the applicants shall mark their presence in the concerned police station once in three months. However, other conditions mentioned in the orders dated 26.06.2023, 16.02.2024, 23.01.2024, 19.08.2023 & 10.07.2023 shall remain intact.

Accordingly, these applications are disposed of.
