The instant appeal has been filed under Section 14A(2) SC/ST (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act on behalf of the complainant/appellants, who are in custody in connection with FIR No. 0268/2022, registered at Police Station Suroth, District Karauli for the offences under Sections 143, 323, 341, 504, 506, 354(B) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the complainants/appellants that after being released on bail by learned Trial Court, the accused-respondents along with other individuals have repeated the offense. It is submitted that they have engaged in abusive behavior, misbehaved and attempted to outrage the modesty of the complainant-appellant. It is therefore prayed that the bail granted by the learned Trial Court be cancelled.

Per contra , learned counsel for the accused-respondents has vehemently opposed the appeal.

Heard, considered the matter and perused the record.

From perusal of the record, it is evident that dispute exists between the parties regarding a property and cross-FIRs have been lodged by both sides, qua which civil proceedings are pending; thence, it is opined that for consideration of cancellation of bail, strong grounds and supervening circumstances or serious legal errors, are required as enunciated in the ratio of Ashok Dhankad vs. state of NCT of Delhi: 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1690, State of Karnataka vs. Sri Darshan: 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1702 and Abhimanue and ors. Vs. State of Kerela (along with the connected matter): 2025 INSC 1136.

In view of the above, no interference is called for in the order passed by the learned Trial Court.

These appeals are accordingly, dismissed.
