Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the application and undertaking of counsel for applicants to cure the defects, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application.

Accordingly, the instant restoration application is allowed and S.B. Civil First Appeal No. 390/2023 is allowed to be restored to its original number and listed for admission.
