This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 07.08.2008 passed in S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.899/2007.
Vide order dated 07.08.2008, the Court had ordered to continue interim order dated 18.12.2007 till final hearing.
Vide order dated 18.12.2007, the order had ordered to maintain status-quo as it exists on that day.
No one is present on behalf of the petitioner.
Earlier on 13.08.2025 also, no one was present when the second appeal No.899/2007 was also called for hearing.
Having gone through the averments made in the contempt petition, this Court finds that no substantial material has been

placed before the Court on record so as to substantiate
disobedience of the Court’s order.
Hence, this contempt petition is dismissed.
