This application is filed for restoration of the writ (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.54/2006). The petition was dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 23.02.2024 passed by this Court and the order dated 29.04.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial).

For the reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed and the writ petition be restored to its original number, subject to filing of fresh & correct address upon unserved respondent(s) within four weeks. In case of failure to do the needful, the restoration order passed today shall stand revoked without reference to the Court.

If required address is filed within time, let fresh notices be issued to the unserved respondent(s), returnable on 13.11.2024.
