Heard on prayer for restoration.

Taking into consideration the cause shown for failure to comply with the directions within the stipulated time which led to automatically dismissal of the appeal against respondent no.8, we are inclined to restore the D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.502/2023 to its original number as against respondent no.8 also, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- in the Rajasthan High Court Legal Services Committee, Jaipur.

Accordingly, restoration application is allowed.
