On the allegation of encroachment on pasture land and other common land/public land, representations have been preferred. However, when no action was taken, instant petition has been filed.

We are of the view that the petitioner should file an application under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 before the Tehsildar giving proper details of the encroachment.

If any such application is filed before the Tehsildar, Tehsil Nagarfort, District Tonk, the Tehsildar shall draw appropriate proceedings under the law and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months.

The petition is disposed off accordingly.
