Present restoration application is filed for restoring the order dated 04/03/2024 and 06/02/2024 passed in SBCWP No. 26292/2018.
For the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for restoration is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/-.
Rs. 500/- is to be deposited with Bar Association, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur.
The writ petition will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost.
