Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant matter is squarely covered by the dictum of this court enunciated in SBCWP No. 2991/2024 titled as Tyagi Building Material Suppliers vs. State of Rajasthan.
Learned counsel for the respondents wanted to take his instructions qua the status of the order and applicability.
In light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and considering the judgment cited at the Bar, it is evident that the

instant matter is of an akin and indistinguishable nature with that
of judgment in Tyagi Building Material Suppliers (supra).
Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed. The impugned
order dated 22.02.2024 is quashed and set aside.
