The present misc. application has been preferred for the correction / modification in the order dated 13.10.2023 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16550/2023.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and accordingly, the order dated 13.10.2023 is substituted by following order :-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 29.11.2023.

In the meanwhile, further proceedings in suit no.52/2011 pending before the learned Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate South No.1 Udaipur shall remain stayed."
