This Misc. Application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred seeking correction in the particulars of respondents No.4 mentioned in the cause-title of the writ petition, stay petition as well as in the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18604/2023.

Such mistake in the cause title(s), as per learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, occurred, while the writ petition as well as stay petition were being drafted, consequent whereupon, the same wrong cause title formed part of the aforementioned order dated 04.12.2023 also. Learned counsel profusely apologizes for such mistake.

The apology is accepted.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The name of respondent no.4 shall be read as 'The Director, Technical Education, Jodhpur' instead of 'The Director, Technical Education, Bikaner' in the cause-title of the writ petition as well as in the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by this Court.

The aforesmentioned order dated 04.12.2023 shall be read accordingly.
