IN S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14508/2021:-

This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 27.09.2021 (Annex.1) passed by the respondents.

The interim order against the impugned order dated 27.09.2021 is operating since 20.10.2021.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that interim order granted against the order dated 27.09.2021 be made absolute and the respondents may be given liberty to pass fresh order in administrative exigency in case required.

On such submission, the present petition is disposed of while making the interim order dated 20.10.2021 passed by this Court staying the effect and operation of the order dated 27.09.2021 as absolute. It is made clear that the respondents shall be at liberty to pass fresh order and transfer the petitioner, in accordance with law, obviously, if administrative exigency so warrants.
