Matter comes up on an application (I.A. No.6/2024) seeking extension of time for filing appeal before the Appellate Tribunal pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2023. Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap between the counsel and the petitioner and the aforesaid order could not be connected by the petitioner hence, slight delay has occurred and the petitioner could not file the appeal within the above stipulated time as directed by this court. Counsel submits some reasonable time may be granted for filing appeal before the appellate tribunal, JDA.
Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein, 15 days further time is granted to the petitioners to file appeal before the Appellate Tribunal-Jaipur Development Authority pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2023. This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 17.11.2023.
