Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the contempt petition has rendered infructuous.
In light of such submission, the contempt petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous; accordingly the contempt proceedings are dropped and notices stand discharged. However, for the remaining issues, the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all their issues afresh by filing fresh petition, if required.
