The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:_
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that the tender period of the contract in question has already expired on 20.09.2020. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances and looking to the fact that the tender period has already been expired way back in the month of September, 2020, hence no cause of action further survives to continue this petition. Hence, this instant petition has become infructuous.
This petition dismissed as rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner would be at liberty for revival of this petition, if any, cause of action or grievance still survives.
