Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that tenure of the petitioner as Sarpanch has expired.
This instant petition was filed seeking quashing removal of the petitioner from the post of Sarpanch, during pendency of petition operation of impugned order dated 18.05.2018, was stayed.
Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of as infructuous.
