Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the respondent No.3-Rajasthan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur through its Registrar, may be directed to decide the Appeals [(Annexure-3 (Appeal Case No.66/2022), Annexure-4 (Appeal Case No.117/2022) and Annexure-6 (Appeal Case No.129/2023)], pending before it within a particular time frame and till the said time, impugned notice dated 13.03.2023 (Annexure-5) issued by the respondent No.4, may be stayed.

In view of the above, the respondent No.3-Rajasthan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur through its Registrar, is directed to decide the Appeals [(Annexure-3 (Appeal Case No.66/2022), Annexure-4 (Appeal Case No.117/2022) and Annexure-6 (Appeal Case No.129/2023)], pending before it within a period of ‘one month’ from today by way of passing a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law.

Till the decision of the said appeals, impugned notice dated 13.03.2023 (Annexure-5) issued by the respondent No.4, shall remain stayed.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
