Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit 50% of the total outstanding amount pointed out by the respondents vide communication dated 18.02.2024 (Annexure-5) within a period of ‘30 days’ from today and the remaining outstanding amount within a period of ‘three months’ in equal installments.

In this view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to deposit 50% of the total outstanding amount pointed out by the respondents vide communication dated 18.02.2024 (Annexure-5) within a period of ‘30 days’ from today and the remaining outstanding amount within a period of ‘three months’ in equal installments.

In the meanwhile and till the next date, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

In case, the petitioner fails to deposit the same, the respondents would be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and the interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition is disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
