Learned counsel for the petitioner-institution submits that the identical matter has been disposed of by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 09.04.2021 in the case of Gayatri Vidhyapeeth Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. ( SBCWP No.6345/2021 ) and prays that the present writ petition be disposed of in similar terms. Hence, identical order is being passed herein.

The only prayer in the instant writ petition is to inspect, if necessary, the petitioner-institution and pass appropriate orders for granting permission to establish Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.Pt.) Course.

In view of the limited prayer, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondents to inspect, if necessary, the petitioner-institution in accordance with law, after the requisite formalities are completed by the petitioner-institution, and pass appropriate order.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
