Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was having a license for transport of Bio-diesel (B-100) through vehicle bearing No.RJ19-GG-9963. He further submits that the currency of the license was for a period of one year w.e.f.

29.10.2021 and the same has expired on 29.10.2022. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner has continuously approached the respondents by way of filing appropriate applications for renewal of the license, however, the same have not been considered and decided by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays that the respondents may be directed to consider the application for renewal of the license issued to the petitioner.

Considering the limited prayed of the counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for renewal of the MRO license for transport of Biodiesel (B-100) through mobile outlet vehicle No.RJ19-GG-9963 at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

Stay petition as well as other pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
