The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer that the respondents may be directed to implement their decision taken in the meeting held on 10.11.2023 within a specific time frame.

Learned counsel for the respondents seeks a reasonable time to act upon the decision taken by the UIT, Udaipur in the meeting held on 10.11.2023.

Considering the submission made before this court, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the process undertaken by them in their meeting dated 10.11.2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved against any action of the respondents, he shall be at liberty to recourse available under law.
