Both the learned counsels are ad idem that as far as the case of petitioner No.1 is concerned, the same is squarely covered by judgment in SB CWP No.2487/2023 titled Ritu Bala and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Anr.

On a Court query, as regards to the status of the other petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents states that upon verification by the competent authority whether their case is also on parity, appropriate orders shall be passed.

Being so, in view of the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is disposed of qua the petitioner No.1 in terms of the judgment rendered in Ritu Bala, ibid.

As regards rest of the petitioners are concerned, the competent authority of respondents shall be at liberty to pass appropriate orders upon carrying out the necessary verification with regard to parity of the petitioner No.2 to 10 with Ritu Bala and, in case, it is so found, that they deserve the same benefits, necessary steps will then be taken in accordance of law.
