This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred claiming the following reliefs :-

" i) By an appropriate order or directions, the impugned order dated 30.09.2021 (Annex.1) may kindly be declared illegal and be quashed and set aside.

ii) By an appropriate order or directions, the impugned order dated 29.10.2021 (Annex.2) may kindly be declared illegal and be quashed and set aside."

The interim order against the impugned order dated 30.09.2021 is operating since 11.11.2021.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that interim order granted against the order dated 30.09.2021 be made absolute and the respondents may be given liberty to pass fresh order in administrative exigency in case required.
