This writ petition is preferred against the suspension order dated 25.01.2019.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the order impugned has been revoked by them vide order dated 21.10.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
In view thereof, this civil writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
