"(i) The petitioners are at liberty to submit representation(s) with the respondents for redressal of their grievance(s) in terms of circular dated 02.03.2010 issued by the Government of Rajasthan through Rajasthan State Health Society laying down relocation policy for the contractual manpower working under NRHM.

(ii) The respondents are directed to decide the same within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt vide a reasoned and speaking order with its communication to the petitioners."
