At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the qua the grievance raised by the petitioner in the writ petition, she had already filed a representation dated 26.10.2020 before the competent authority of the respondents, therefore, the competent authority may be directed to decide the same as per the applicable transfer policy within a reasonable time.

Without commenting on the merits of case, in view of the submission made, the competent authority of respondents is directed to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner objectively, as expeditiously as possible, as per the applicable transfer policy of the State.
