Petition was filed some time in the year 2020, when grievance of the petitioner herein was against an order dated 19.08.2019 (Annex.12), vide which, his services were suspended.
Since filing of the petition, there is no interim protection of any kind in favour of the petitioner. When called out for hearing, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that by sheer passage of time, the nature of relief sought by the petitioner is rendered stale and meaningless and/or otherwise seem to have acquiesced to his fait accompli and moved on in life. That is why perhaps, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
