Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Board, Deedwana to take a decision on the letter dated 22.12.2023 issued by the Director & Special Secretary, Local Bodies, Jaipur as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
