Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed against the notice dated 09.05.2020 (Annex.1) issued to the petitioner by the Executive Officer, Municipality, Rawatbhata, District Chittorgarh.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the proceedings undertaken by the respondents in pursuance of the notice dated 09.05.2020 are pending consideration before the competent authority and the same have not been decided till date. Therefore, it is prayed that the respondents may be directed to decide the pending proceedings expeditiously in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions made before this court, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the pending proceedings undertaken in pursuance of the notice dated 09.05.2020 (Annex.1) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

The interim order dated 05.06.2020 granted by this court shall remain in currency till the proceedings are decided by the respondents.
