Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment of even date passed by this Court in Ratisha Saboo vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4344/2024).

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as in Ratisha Saboo vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4344/2024). The operative portion of

the order dated 07.05.2024 passed in the case of Ratisha Saboo reads as under:-

“The present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the process for grant of Patta in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 20.02.2023 within a period of six weeks starting from 06.06.2024.

The petitioner is also directed to submit the original documents held by him to process the application preferred by him under section 69A of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act as and when asked for”.
