1 Limited prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner for issuing directions to the Land Acquisition Officercum-Additional District Collector-1, Alwar, in order to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner expeditiously as early as possible within a time frame.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that land of the petitioner was acquired by the respondents but while determining the amount of compensation inadequate amount has been

determined and there was no proper determination on the part of the Officers while passing the award. Learned counsel submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation before the Land Acquisition Officer on 13.01.2023, and despite on passing of considerable time which same has not been decided on its merits by the Land Acquisition Officer, by passing a speaking order, for which so appropriate directions, must be issued.

Considering the arguments put forward by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking into the facts, it is directed to the Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Additional District Collector-1, Alwar to decide the representation.

The instant petition, stands disposed of, by issuing directions to the Additional Collector to decide the representations pending, if any, expeditiously as early as possible within three months and from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and after opportunity of hearing through the respective parties, strictly in accordance with law.

Before parting with this order, it is made clear that, the Court has not issued any order/direction to the respondents to decide the representation in a particular way. The respondent would be at liberty to decide the same, strictly in accordance with law.
