The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in this case is that they had made certain deposits in the respondent No.8-Branch Manager, Adarsh Credit Co-oprative Society Ltd. under various schemes and heads, however, subsequently the respondent establishment Adarsh Co-operative Society has been closed and a Liquidator was also appointed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile the deposits of other creditors were released, however, the deposits made by the petition was not released. The petitioner make a limited prayer that the respondents may be directed to take a decision on the claim application of the petitioner seeking for release of the amount lying deposited with the respondent.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

The writ petition, accordingly stands disposed of.

Stay application and all application(s), pending if any, also stands disposed of.
