“(i). By an appropriate writ, order or directions the impugned order dated 15.02.2024 rejecting the candidature of the petitioner despite having requisite qualification of M.Tech in Urban planning, may kindly be declared as arbitrary, discriminatory and unconstitutional. (ii). By an appropriate writ, order or directions the impugned order dated 15.02.2024 rejecting the candidature of the petitioner despite having requisite qualification of M.Tech in Urban planning, may be quashed and setaside. Further, the Petitioner may be considered for appointment on the post of Assistant Town planner in terms of the advertisement dated issued by the Respondent RPSC along with all consequential benefit.
