Counsel submits that during the interrogation, Kalu Lal informed the Investigating Agency that he has purchased this contraband from the petitioner. Counsel submits that for the purpose of investigation, custodial investigation is required by the police. Hence, under these circumstances the petitioner is not entitled to get indulgence of bail.
