This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer to issue direction to the respondents to release the salary of the petitioner for the period beginning from month of September 2022 to till date.
Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a representation to the respondents with regard to her grievance raised in the present petition and the respondents may be directed to consider the

representation of the petitioner and extend the benefit as prayed for.
Considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition and the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this court deems just and proper to dispose of the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondentauthorities. On submission of the representation by the petitioner, the respondent-authorities shall consider and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
Since the main petition has been disposed of, the stay application and pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed of.
