- The respondent, in pursuance of Notification dated 17th December, 2010 issued for recruitment of Group ‘D’ Post, applied under the category of OBC. His application was accepted and admit card was issued. He qualified the written test and was successful in physical efficiency test. Thereafter, vide communication dated 07th July, 2014, the respondent was informed of rejection of his candidature as the required mandatory paragraph was written in capital letters in violation of examination rules.
